The indoor swimming pool was a great relaxation spot.
I am utterly horrified by the dismal state of this hotel. The room was poorly set up, and the toilet didn't function properly. To add insult to injury, particularly Ahmed, behaved aggressively and unprofessionally.

Nice food, friendly staff. Marina the captain, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.

The staff were super friendly. The outdoor pool was refreshing , perfect for a dip after a day of exploring. The spa treatments were also good, especially the body scrubs!
The food buffet could use more variety and freshness, and the tables in the restaurant were often messy.

Not what was expected
The room was clean and comfy with a nice view. No AC in the restaurant was good. The outdoor pool was great with helpful lifeguards. Service was a hassle. Getting extra towels took multiple requests. Food lacked variety and didn't cater well for allergies. Popular areas showed wear and tear, especially the kids' club.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the enhanced comfort and quality services provided. The room we had was spacious and had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The reception staff were perfect throughout our stay, always helpful and attentive. The hotel had big, clean, and comfortable pools, as well as a clean and inviting beach with available beach chairs. The buffet offered a varied and excellent selection of food, and we were particularly impressed with the high quality of the hotel's leadership. This place is definitely recommended for families as well.

The hotel's location is convenient, being close to the city center and just a short walk away from a lovely beach area. The marina nearby provides guests with great options for dining and entertainment. Rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with nice colors and good views. The breakfast selection is satisfactory and the staff at reception are friendly and accommodating.
The bar staff could use some improvement in terms of efficiency and attentiveness, with wait times for drinks sometimes being longer than desired.
